Fun Fact: Nate loves trying new restaurants with his wife, but when they’re craving a good burger, they always end up back at Red Cow. It’s a place they know they can count on.

Fun Fact: Tasha has never really been much of a golfer, but a few years ago her husband bought her a set of clubs in hopes of getting her hooked on the game. Unfortunately, during one of her swings with the driver, the entire club head went flying farther than the golf ball. After that experience, it’s safe to say golfing never quite became her favorite pastime.

Fun Fact: Regina is known for her brownies, and everyone always asks her for the recipe. She’ll let you ask, but the recipe is staying exactly where it belongs: with her.

Fun Fact: Kristin’s favorite winery is Schram Vineyards Winery & Brewery in Waconia. They have delicious food, host live music events, and overlook Reitz Lake, making it the perfect summer spot to relax and unwind.

Fun Fact: Lauren and Curtis live on a lake, so Lauren’s favorite fishing spot is right in her own backyard—no travel required, just step outside and cast a line.

Fun Fact: Tasha is a big fan of pho and thinks it’s seriously underrated. When she’s in the mood for a great bowl, her go-to spot is Taste of Asia in Eden Prairie.

Fun Fact: While Cheslie hasn’t spent much time golfing herself, she did work as a beverage cart girl at Golden Hills Golf Club in Arizona. She learned pretty quickly that on the golf course, a cold drink and a friendly smile can fix almost anything — even a bad round.

Fun Fact: Nate loves his Blackstone grill, and when the weather warms up, he and his family enjoy a Benihana-style meal right at home, cooked fresh on the flat top.

Fun Fact: Curtis loves the verse Colossians 1:16. It helps keep his faith at the center of his life and reminds him to be thankful for all the blessings in his life—whether at home, at work, or in the little moments throughout the day.

Fun Fact: Curtis got convinced by TikTok to try a “wacky rig” and now he’s catching more bass than ever. Turns out, sometimes the internet actually gets it right.

Fun Fact: Curtis swears one of the best-kept lunch secrets around is a casual sandwich spot called HAMS, just three minutes from our Plymouth office. If you’re ever there after an appointment, do yourself a favor and order the “Diablo.” According to Curtis, you definitely won’t be disappointed.

Fun Fact: Curtis believes golf is at its best on a sunny day, with a couple of cocktails and good friends along for the round. Much like life, he says, if you take it too seriously, you might miss the point of it all.

Fun Fact: Curtis discovered his passion for cooking growing up in the kitchen with his dad. One of his standout memories is the incredible prime rib he would make every Christmas. Even after being all over the country, Curtis still hasn’t found a better cut of meat.
